Do you accept returns?
I’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges (however not on custom orders). I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason please notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. I will adjust the item to your specifications, or gladly refund your purchase price (not the shipping costs) after the item has been received back.
All items must be returned in new/unused condition, postage is paid by the buyer and item must be shipped back within 7 days.
TAKING CARE OF OPALS
Key Care Guidelines:
Cleaning: Gently clean with mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth or toothbrush
Avoid Damages: Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners, which can crack solid opals or damage doublets/triplets. Avoid household bleach, chemicals, and perfumes.
Wear with Care: Remove jewelry before gardening, swimming, or heavy lifting to prevent scratches or cracks. Use the "first and last" rule: put opals on last to avoid perfume/hairspray and take them off first.
Storage: Store in a soft, lined pouch or box, away from other harder jewelry.
Temperature/Humidity: Avoid, extreme temperature changes and direct, intense heat, which can cause dehydration and cracking.
Taking Care of Oxidized Silver
To take care of oxidized sterling silver,
gently clean it with mild soap and warm water, avoiding harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and excessive polishing, which can strip the intentional, dark patina. Dry thoroughly and store in an airtight container or bag with anti-tarnish strips to prevent unwanted, natural tarnish.
